RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report directly to head of Banking Services Department.
• Analyze and recommend appropriate service options for specialized customer needs.
• Support branch operation when needed in handling the day to day branches activities/ requests for relationships.
• Follow up and resolve branches’ inquires/ problems through interaction with clients, bankers, product partners, branch operations and other staff in
• a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in zone meeting and provide feedback on branches’ issues.
• Can manage and lead team effetely.
• Can make the operational procedure smart and simple.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Must Myanmar Citizen
• Any Graduate, Master Degree in Banking & Finance in preferred
• Age between 40 and 45
• Working experience in banking background experience or customer service related experience.
• Experience in banking operations and/or branch.
• Ability to work under pressure and procedure
• Knowledge in economic, banking concepts and principles
• Negotiating and communication skills
• Leadership, Explanation and presentation skills
• Business development and relationship building
• Team work and problem solving
• Be able to spoken English, Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel
• Concentrate and focus on problem and finding out solutions
