JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and manage marketing materials along with their distribution channels.
• Plan and execute marketing activities aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with branches and departments on advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee vendor payments, ensuring timely fees and resolving design issues.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance.
• Generate clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate marketing activities and results.
• Implement PR campaigns to enhance brand value and awareness of the bank’s products.
• Maintain accurate budget control and records.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and update rates for print and other advertising channels.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing and PR.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate successful outcomes.
• Creative, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks with accuracy and precision.
• Collaborates effectively with team members and assists in departmental activities.
