KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage existing mapped portfolio as assigned to him/her and understand customer needs and cater to them through suitable products
- Deepen the relationship by cross-selling / up-selling variety of products (both on asset and deposit side) to improve customer stickiness & improve profitability
- Informs and explains to customers of new products or product enhancements with a proposal to expand the banking relationship
- Acquire new to bank business customers to build and grow revenue through asset & liability products of the bank
- Ensure quality and healthy portfolio of asset business at early vintage
- Identify early warning signals and recover interest/principal for each of the relationship handled
- Maximize customer retention by maintaining long term relationship, collecting regular feedback and providing adequate and timely service
- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
- Complete his/her appraisal process as per Bank policy
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
- Monitor and encourage utilization of facilities
- Ensuring adequate controls so that all documentation needs for each sale / query is duly gathered and submitted on time to relevant people
- Ensure adherence to prescribed policy, systems and processes in sales of retail & MSME products
- Comply with AML, KYC and other regulatory guidelines for the vertical, resolve audit findings
- Ensure that entire process of relationship management is managed within given budgets and cost guidelines; escalate deviations as appropriate

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Graduation in discipline related to Finance/ Marketing
- At least three year experiences in Sales
- Ability to influence people in customer’s Language
