RESPONSIBITIES

• Lead the origination, evaluation, and approval of micro loans and invoice financing applications.
• Conduct credit assessments and analyze clients’ financial standing to design appropriate loan structures.
• Guide clients throughout the loan process, clearly explaining terms, conditions, and repayment plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, offering ongoing support for existing loan accounts.
• Supervise the preparation and execution of loan documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with collections, risk management, and other cross-functional teams to address client needs effectively.

QUALITIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in loan origination, micro loans, or invoice financing.
• In-depth understanding of loan products, invoice financing mechanisms, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex loan processes and building lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
