JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise and mentor the business banking team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor team performance and implement process improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business clients and stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on business banking. Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business banking products and services.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
